  • Snowball target practice (tree, fence post)

  • Make "snow cream" with clean snow, milk, sugar, vanilla

  • Track the biggest animal prints you can find

  • Maze in the yard — stomp paths in deep snow

  • Sled if there's a hill

  • Inside (after the crash)

  • Hot chocolate with marshmallows

  • Movie and blanket pile

  • Cookies from scratch

  • Read by the window

  • Dry all the mittens on the heater vent
