Day 8 — A book or movie that shaped you.
Day 9 — Someone you haven't thanked yet.
Day 10 — A body part that's doing its job.
Day 11 — A smell that makes you feel home.
Day 12 — A kindness a stranger showed you.
Day 13 — An object with a story.
Day 14 — A song that's been your friend.
Day 15 — Something hard you survived.
Day 16 — A teacher — any kind.
Day 17 — A tool or app you'd miss.
Day 18 — A piece of advice that stuck.
Day 19 — A boundary you're glad you set.
Day 20 — A habit you're glad you broke.
Day 21 — A texture (fabric, grass, skin).
Day 22 — A moment of laughter you remember.
Day 23 — A small luxury you can afford.
Day 24 — A view from a window.
Day 25 — A family member (chosen or bio).
